We provide loft insulation upgrades with a focus on achieving a 300 mm+ build-up of high-performance wool insulation, significantly improving thermal efficiency and heat retention. All installations include attention to correct ventilation, insulated and draught-sealed loft hatches, and detailing that prevents condensation issues while maintaining a healthy roof space.

We offer flexible room-in-roof insulation solutions, including stripping existing wall and ceiling coverings to allow insulation with a choice of breathable or non-breathable systems, depending on the building type and performance requirements. Where internal disruption needs to be minimised, we can also remove roof coverings and insulate from above, improving thermal performance without altering internal finishes — an ideal approach for occupied homes and sensitive historic interiors.
